Wine Tasting with Alteus Wines, Raising Money for Hospices of Hope.

Taking place on 20th June, the night will include a welcome drink and a selection of 4 wines on the night. Attendees will also hear all about Alteus Wines and their story, followed by talks about each wine sampled.

Tickets cost £20 per person

Clean Growth Innovation Workshops - 4th June and 2nd July, Barnsgate Manor

Joint Chamber BBQ - Weds 12th June

Wealden Crematorium - Private Tour for Chambers of Commerce - Thursday 13th June at 5pm

The tour and Q and A session should last no more than one hour.

The Crematorium is on the A267 just south of the village of Horam – post code TN21 0FX. This is a new postcode and not all sat navs recognise it, so please refer HERE for location.

On arrival please report to reception and ask for Peter.

There is also a public open day on Saturday 15th June between 11am and 3pm.

Unblocking the Croydon bottleneck - consultation feedback summary

From 5 November to 17 December 2018, Network Rail consulted on the concept of unblocking the railway bottleneck at Croydon by rebuilding East Croydon station with two extra platforms and remodelling the railway through the Selhurst triangle with new flyovers and diveunders. The proposals would remove the most challenging constraint on the country’s rail network, helping to provide a step-change in train reliability and the opportunity to run more services.
